George Noon, CFA
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Noon Investment Management
George is responsible for creating and developing the strategic, investment, and operational plans for the firm. In his 30-plus year investment career, George has never lost his excitement for delivering investment results for his clients, nor his enthusiasm for business building, talent development, and process improvement.
Prior to creating NIM, George was a Managing Director and Global Portfolio Manager at LaSalle Investment Management Securities. In that role, George was responsible for all global securities portfolios, including investment results, risk monitoring, and overall team management. George has a record of meeting client objectives. He was instrumental in establishing and maintaining professional and trusted investment advisory relationships with clients. He built this business from less than $200 million of assets under management to as much as $14 billion. George’s career also includes a position as a portfolio manager within the Trust and Estates department of Mellon Bank.
George holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a major in Finance from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Towson with his wife, Kristin Lewis Noon and together they share seven children.
